We have a full house of fabulous exhibitors and a lineup of lively, information-packed, and humorous speakers. All free! Lots of free food sampling, but bring your wallet or checkbook, and stock up on show-special priced foods, books and cookbooks, and other items that support veg living.

We are in the countdown days to our 13th Annual Boston Vegetarian Food Festival on Sat. Nov. 1!!
Please hit Reply to volunteer, for a couple of hours or all day, we need you!
* Early birds -- There is a great need for volunteers from 7:30 - 10 AM on Sat. to assist exhibitors with unloading. This is a perfect job for those who want to help but don't want to miss any speakers. And you get to see the room as it fills with exhibitors and excitement!
* We have a beautiful new 2008 Festival T shirt in chocolate brown organic fair-trade cotton (so soft!). Volunteers can get one at half price if they will wear it at the Festival!
We have been getting excellent media, with radio shows, print, and web exposures. We anticipate feature articles in this Wednesday's Boston Herald Food Section and Patriot Ledger Food Section. Web blogs have been kind to us, such as American Feast:

November begins with Food Fest and continues with other great activities and we hope you'll join in! Our monthly educational seminar/buffet (usually on the 3rd Sunday at Grasshopper) will this month be on the 2nd Sunday, Nov. 9 at 4 PM with this topic:
Colin McCullough and his family will be crossing the U.S. next May/June in their vegetable oil powered Beetle to visit renewable energy sites and interview people who have made impacts in sustainability. Their goal is to distribute their video profiles to schools nationally and online, with a mission of inspiring and empowering kids to create a renewable and sustainable future.
